Chuck And Sharon Lasker

We are Kauai residents Chuck and Sharon Lasker. We lived in Indiana for 25 years before fullfilling our dream of moving to the Garden Island.

We created StayInKauai.com to bring more visitors to our little island in the Pacific. Our goals are:

To illustrate the diverse multitude of wonderful ways visitors can enjoy Kauai;
To describe and review all of the activities, restaurants, accommodations, and other service providers from a visitor’s perspective;
To provide the best options for vacation rentals on island;
To help visitors prepare for their trip to Kauai in advance so they waste no time when they get here;
To help save money, time and frustration so each Kauai trip is the best experience in each visitor’s lifetime.

This site is geared towards visitors, especially first time visitors. For many visitors to Kauai, this is their dream vacation, and most have only a week, maybe two, to experience a place people who live here say they haven’t fully explored.
